Terms of Use

Last Updated: March 15, 2025

Welcome to Glowlyconnect. By accessing our website at glowlyconnect.com and participating in our educational programs focused on valuation techniques for financial analysts, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

When you create an account, enroll in a course, or simply browse our content, you're entering into an agreement with Glowlyconnect. These terms apply to everyone who visits our site — whether you're a paying student, a casual visitor, or someone checking out our free resources.

We update these terms occasionally. Not constantly, but when regulations change or we add new features. The date at the top shows when we last made changes. If we make significant updates that affect your rights, we'll send an email to registered users.

2. Educational Services

Our programs teach valuation techniques — discounted cash flow analysis, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and other methods financial analysts actually use. We design courses for people who want practical skills, not just theory.

What We Offer

  • Video lessons covering valuation methodologies and real-world applications
  • Practice exercises using financial data and case studies
  • Access to learning materials, templates, and calculation tools
  • Support from instructors who work in finance and know the material
  • Community forums where students discuss concepts and share insights

Program length varies. Some students finish in four months, others take eight. It depends on how much time you can dedicate and your background. We design courses assuming you'll spend around 8-12 hours per week, but you can go faster or slower.

What We Don't Promise

Learning valuation skills can help your career. But we can't promise you'll get a specific job, earn a certain salary, or achieve guaranteed results. The job market changes. Individual circumstances differ. Your effort and background matter significantly.

Some graduates move into analyst roles. Others use these skills in their current positions. Results vary based on market conditions, your location, experience level, and how well you master the material.

3. Account Registration and Access

You need an account to access most of our content. The registration process is straightforward — email, password, basic information about your background.

Keep your login credentials private. You're responsible for activity on your account. If someone else uses your login, that's on you unless you report unauthorized access promptly.

We might suspend or terminate accounts if we notice suspicious activity, policy violations, or fraudulent behavior. Sharing your account with multiple people isn't allowed. One person per account.

Access Duration

Course access typically lasts 18 months from enrollment. After that, you can renew access for a reasonable fee if you want to review materials. We keep improving courses, so renewed access includes updated content.

4. Payment Terms

Program fees are clearly stated before enrollment. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Payment processes through secure channels — we don't store your complete card details.

Refund Policy

You have 14 days from enrollment to request a full refund. After two weeks, refunds aren't available because you've had time to access significant course content. If you completed less than 10% of the course within those 14 days and have a legitimate concern, contact us. We'll consider exceptions case by case.

Processing refunds takes 7-10 business days. The money returns to your original payment method.

Pricing Changes

Course prices may increase over time. If you're already enrolled, price increases don't affect your current program. New enrollments reflect current pricing.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Everything on this site — videos, worksheets, templates, case studies, text content — belongs to Glowlyconnect or our content partners. This material represents years of work from professionals who know valuation inside and out.

What You Can Do

  • Watch videos and complete exercises for your personal learning
  • Download materials provided for student use
  • Take notes and create your own study materials based on course content
  • Discuss concepts in forums and with other students

What You Can't Do

  • Record, copy, or redistribute our videos and course materials
  • Share your account access with others
  • Use our content to create competing educational products
  • Remove copyright notices or branding from materials
  • Post course content publicly on social media or other platforms

If you see someone sharing our content illegally, let us know at [email protected]. We take this seriously and investigate reports.

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

Our learning community works because students respect each other. Forums and discussion areas are for constructive dialogue about course material and finance topics.

Don't post offensive content, harass other students, share illegal material, or spam promotional messages. We remove users who create problems for others.

When you post in forums or submit questions, you're giving us permission to display that content. We might use anonymized student questions in future course improvements or FAQs.

Academic Integrity

Exercises and assessments test your understanding. Don't submit someone else's work as your own. If you get stuck, ask instructors for help. That's what they're there for. Copying answers defeats the purpose of learning valuation.

7. Content Accuracy and Updates

We work hard to keep content accurate and current. Financial regulations change. Market practices shift. New methodologies emerge. Our team reviews and updates courses regularly.

But here's the thing — we're teaching concepts and techniques, not providing financial advice for specific situations. The examples we use are for educational purposes. Real-world valuation requires judgment and consideration of many factors we can't cover in every scenario.

If you spot an error or outdated information, email us. We appreciate corrections from students who notice these things.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect information necessary to provide educational services — name, email, payment details, learning progress, forum activity. Our privacy policy explains exactly what we collect and how we use it.

Your data stays secure. We use encryption, secure servers, and follow industry standards. We don't sell student information to third parties. Marketing partners might help us reach prospective students, but they don't get your personal details.

You can request your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.

9. Third-Party Services

We use external services for payment processing, video hosting, and analytics. These companies have their own privacy policies and terms. When you use our site, you're also agreeing to their terms for those specific services.

Sometimes we link to external resources — articles, financial databases, research papers. We don't control those sites. Clicking external links means you're leaving our platform and entering someone else's territory.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

Glowlyconnect provides educational content about valuation techniques. We're not giving you financial advice, investment recommendations, or suggesting specific securities to analyze.

Educational Purpose Only

The methods we teach are widely used in finance. But applying them requires judgment. Market conditions matter. Company-specific factors matter. We teach you the tools — how you use them is your responsibility.

Some case studies reference real companies. We use publicly available information for teaching purposes. These examples don't constitute investment advice about those companies.

Liability Limits

We provide the platform and content as-is. Technical issues happen occasionally. Videos might buffer. Quizzes might glitch. We fix problems quickly, but we can't guarantee zero downtime.

If something goes wrong with the service, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current enrollment period. We're not responsible for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or consequential losses.

11. Termination of Service

You can cancel your enrollment within the refund period. After that, you keep access for the duration you've paid for, but we don't offer partial refunds.

We can terminate accounts for serious violations — sharing login credentials, posting prohibited content, fraudulent activity, or repeatedly ignoring community guidelines. We'll email you first unless the violation is severe enough to warrant immediate action.

If we shut down Glowlyconnect entirely (which we don't plan to do), active students get at least 60 days notice and the option to download core materials for personal reference.

12. Dispute Resolution

Most problems get resolved through direct communication. If you have an issue with course content, billing, or account access, contact our support team first. We respond within two business days and usually find a reasonable solution.

For disputes that can't be resolved through customer service, the laws of Thailand govern these terms. Our registered address is 126, Nong Chabok, Mueang, Nakhon Ratchasima 30000, Thailand.

Before pursuing formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt mediation. It's faster and cheaper than court for everyone involved.

13. Changes to Terms

We review and update these terms periodically. Minor clarifications happen without much fanfare. Significant changes trigger email notifications to active users.

Continuing to use Glowlyconnect after terms change means you accept the updated version. If you disagree with major changes, you can request account closure and receive a prorated refund for unused access time.

14. General Provisions

If any provision in these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. We're not waiving future rights if we don't immediately enforce a provision.

You can't transfer your account or enrollment to someone else without written permission. Course access is personal and non-transferable.

These terms represent the complete agreement between you and Glowlyconnect regarding use of our educational services. Previous discussions or agreements don't override what's written here.
